Seniors Manors

The five apartment buildings, referred to as manors, are perfect for the independent, on-the-go senior:


  • self-contained private housing
  • rent is 30% of gross monthly income to a maximum amount, includes heat, water, sewer and laundry facilities
  • secure single-storey buildings
  • common areas
  • laundry facilities
  • snow shoveling and lawn mowing services provided

Seniors Cottages

There are 16 cottage-style homes with individual entrances.  Each cottage has its own washer and dryer in a laundry/storage room.

Requirements

Eligibility for housing is dependent upon the following:


  • 60 years or older
  • must be functionally independent, able to manage own cooking, cleaning and laundry
  • able to meet the requirements of the application form and medical report
