Lodge Attendant – Housekeeping / Server

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for adhering to the KHC’s policies, procedures, guidelines, rules, regulations & schedules.
Must respect Golden Hills Lodge Mission and Values
Responsible as a team member to ensure a high standard of service that is provided to our residents
Responsible for the cleanliness of the lodge
Maintain positive relations with residents, board members, management & staff
Report any areas of concern or safety to manager or onsite OH&S representative
Attend staff meetings & in-services as required.

Training & Experience requirements

Must have Covid Vaccine X 2
Recent police security clearance
Grade 12 Education or equivalency
A desire to work with Seniors
Flexible work schedule
Perform work duties with minimum supervision
Current CPR, WHMIS, Safe food handling course, protection for persons in care course all considered an asset

Working environment, special skills, physical demands

Ability to respond to a variety of changing duties & work routines
Ability to work under stressful situations
Heavy lifting
